Hurricane Call Reporting System

So Shawn and I have been working on a new call reporting system for Hurricane. Our main goal is to make it easy to track requests from customers, and then the work we do to fill those requests.

Some of the sub-goals include some fairly extensive reporting on technician performance, possibly a way to update your calendar / time card, keeping track of mileage, and improving response times.

Shawn already had a working system, but (no offense, it worked) it was pretty basic. And since we’re both pretty much learning PHP and SQL as we go, it’s pretty messy. But together we’re trying to fix that. We’re adding a bunch of functionality (including RSS feeds!), and cleaning up the code.
